Recently, in the Atoyatl field (southeastern marine region), an innovative technology never used before was introduced in Mexico, in the Atoyatl field (southeastern marine region): the automated system of suction piles. This system replaces traditional installation methods, such as thrusting with hydraulic hammers, and provides unprecedented productivity and efficiency.
This breakthrough marks a significant milestone in exploration and production in the waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Not only does it improve the profitability of offshore installations, but it also sets new standards in oil rig installations.
BLUE MARINE SUBTEC is leading this important project to install the innovative EMTR-3 platform using the Blue Giant crane boat, which plays a crucial role in ensuring the necessary precision and safety during the installation of the structure.
This project includes the installation of infrastructure, assembly of equipment, rehabilitation and maintenance of structures, interconnection of process lines, electromechanical work and security assurance in process centers and satellite platforms in waters of Mexican marine areas.
